When David was about to kick the ball, strong wind blowing to him just turned to the other way.
51 yard goal. He made it like a movie, and they won the state championship.
After watching all these things that happened in this movie called “Facing the Giants”, I could have said that well, this is “a movie”.
Quite true, many things happened in the movie could seem a bit unrealistic in a sense. People might call it “coincidence, or luck” . But this is God we believe in, God of wonders and miracles.
In the movie, the people are the same ordinary people like us, going through struggles, challenges, getting frustrated. But what really inspired me was that they choose to do their best regardless their situation, and leave the rest up to God. Simpl principal, yet not an easy one to put into practice.
And If they win, they will praise God, and if they lose, they will still praise God.This movie tells me that our faith in God should be the faith that never falls regardless our situations.
Well, whether I like it or not, I have to face many giants. At least to me, life itself seems like full of giants that challenge me a lot.Are you also facing the giants like I am everyday? The game that I’m in is not an easy one. But I want to choose to prepare the field for God to rain on it. My field might not be the best one around, yet that is what God has given to me and I don’t want to walk off the field having done any less than my best. Miracles can happen when we believe. So I want to believe that With God, nothng is impossible.
